Typical and traditional restaurant located in Filettino, a few meters from a good car park and an excellent stop for a nice lunch in the mountains. Very courteous and kind staff and a warm and welcoming environment, very good food and a fair price. They also offer gluten-free alternatives and accept pets (we brought our dog).

Great place to have pizza or first courses etc. the pizza chef N* 1, what can I say, the chef will have to learn to cook? I really don't think so... The nice smiling girls and...why not say it very nice with the customers. Thanks to the owners for choosing this STAFF.

Today here at the ramp in Filettino we were perfectly happy due to the unique welcome of Fabrizio the owner. The food delighted us because it was truly exquisite with high quality products. Debora looked after us with the utmost availability and the chefs and pastry chef in the kitchen are excellent. Super clean and warm in winter. Highly recommended!!!!!!

80's but clean place with young, helpful and friendly staff.The menu is simple but delicious!!Starter, first course, dessert, coffee, a bottle of Pecorino wine and water...28 euros.Only the desserts...a little too sweet for my taste.Our furry friends are also welcome.In short, if I return to Filettino I will go to eat at their place again!!!

Typical cuisine also gluten-freeAfter a morning in the mountains, we stopped at the Rampa for a regenerating lunch: rich mixed starter, tasty and abundant first courses, as well as second courses and side dishes. The attention to celiac disease and the willingness to accept our dog were particularly appreciated. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money.

We will return every time we are in Filettino: every course, starting with the bread, was as it should be. A menu with few dishes, but with very fresh and perfectly made ingredients.

Clean restaurant with very friendly staff, after a nice motorbike ride starting from Ciampino we stopped to have lunch here at Filettino. Delicious mountain appetizer with quality products (delicious buffalo mozzarella) and then move on to these first courses with homemade pasta. The tortelli with radicchio, gorgonzola and walnuts which I recommend and the trofie with rocket pesto, walnuts and bacon, good, tasty but at the same time fresh. The owner of the restaurant is an easy-going and very kind person.
